Ford lança app para explicar a Ranger

Os automóveis passaram a contar com sistemas de conectividade, que oferecem diferentes recursos para o motorista. O problema é que se habituar com essas ferramentas leva tempo. Assim, a Ford lançou o aplicativo Guia 360 Ford para ensinar o motorista a utilizar os recursos de conectividade da picape Ranger.

O app que já existe para o SUV Territory agora ganhou uma versão para a picape portenha. Ele oferece uma interface que permite visualizar todo interior do veículo. Nele há tutoriais para cada funcionalidade do sistema de conectividade, como multimídia, comandos do volante, dentre outros.

“Escolhemos a Ranger 2022 para lançar a nova versão do Guia 360 Ford por se tratar da picape mais tecnológica do mercado”, diz Leandro Borsari, supervisor de Experiência do Consumidor da Ford. “O time dedicou muitas horas para criar conteúdos interativos para nossos clientes, que podem se familiarizar com seu veículo novo antes mesmo de buscá-lo na concessionária.”

O Guia 360 Ford pode ser acessado de três maneiras: no site da Ford, por meio da página de Proprietários (www.ford.com.br/support), no endereço www.guia360ford.com.br ou pelo aplicativo FordPass.
