A segunda geração vendeu muito, mas estranhamente, dessa nova 3ª geração, vi poucas nas ruas desde o lançamento.
O sistema 4WD temporário da última geração, que podia ser acionado até os 60km/h, era excelente. Certa vez, nós aqui já vencemos muitos atoleiros e lamaçais no nosso sítio com a Santa Fé. Ela não tem boa altura do solo, mas com os bons pneus Hankook que calçavam aquele modelo, o bom torque aplicado de forma inteligente nas rodas, ela vencia esses obstáculos facilmente.
Essa nova versão, na minha opinião, ficou muito boa, só que não agradou meu pai, que inclusive fez um test drive em 2014, porque ficou ainda mais baixa com relação ao solo.
